EVENT SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Sponsorship Agreement will serve as a binding agreement between the All HAZARDS CONSORTIUM (AHC) and the organization identified in the sponsorship order form, herein known as “Sponsor”, with respect to agreed-upon sponsorship opportunities at the AHC's 2023 National ResilienceEXCH Virtual Summit to be held January 24-26, 2023 online.  The AHC and Sponsor acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions of this contract by checking the box above.

Conference Schedule:

Tuesday, January 24, 2023 from 12:30pm to 6:00pm EST
Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 12:30pm to 6:00pm EST
Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 12:30pm to 6:00pm EST

Conference Branding /  Advertising:
The sponsor acknowledges that the company's name, logo, and other information is published in our online conference program and must be received by January 5, 20201 COB in order to be included.

 • All sponsorships must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.

• All sponsorships are sold on first-come, first-served basis.  AHC reserves the right to assign sponsorships.

• By agreeing to this Sponsorship Agreement, the Sponsor understands and agrees to the provisions and terms and conditions as listed on this agreement and is authorized to execute this Sponsorship Agreement on behalf of their company.

• Cancellation Policy:  Vendors/Sponsors must cancel before December 27, 2022 for a full refund, minus the $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given after .
